She then went into retirement in the early 50s when she got married. When she came to Los Angeles for the birth of her first child, she appeared in her last film noir, The Narrow Margin (1952). White, who is still active as of 2005, attends film conventions regularly.

Tina Louise – Now 88 Years Old

Who could ever forget the women of Gilligan's Island, especially Ginger Grant, portrayed by actress Tina Louise? Louise is now 88, but you can still see her every now and then doing minor roles both on TV and in films. Louise continued to effectively juggle her career between Broadway, television, and Hollywood, portraying melancholy roles in contrast to her image as a beautiful doll.

Linda Evangelista was born in Canada. She attended Denis Morris Catholic High School and began modeling locally as a teen. Veteran actress Shirley MacLaine remains one of Hollywood's most significant treasures, even at 87 years old. She started acting in 1955 and has since won numerous accolades for her various roles, including an Academy Award and several Emmys.

She most recently appeared in 2017's The Little Mermaid and The Last Word and is currently filming for Nicole, set for a 2019 release. Known for her very outspoken views on controversial topics, Shirley has had her fair share of criticism over the years, but her degree of stardom remains strong regardless. Bob Newhart – Now 92 years old

Bob Newhart started his career in show business as a stand-up comedian. The lovely and dainty Trina Parks is an American actress born in New York and has achieved heights of success owing to her incredible skills and hard work. When she initially moved to Los Angeles, she began professionally studying acting at the High School of Performing Arts. If someone asks what true passion and consistency look like, Trina would possibly be the answer.

Barbara Walters — Now 92 years old

Barbara Walters is one of those pioneering women in journalism and broadcasting who has paved the way for the younger generation of women to follow. She was once the first woman co-anchor on the evening news, something which was unheard of in 1976.

She went on to host a slew of talk shows, including Today, 20/20, ABC Evening News, and lastly, The View, the latter of which she retired from hosting but still produces. Barbara Walters was in the news recently and believed she was not doing well, but there are no confirmed reports of any medical emergency.

Kim Novak - Now 89 years old

Kim Novak got her first taste of the spotlight when she was crowned "Miss Deepfreeze" by a refrigerator company. This paved Kim's way for a successful film career that spanned decades. She was groomed by Columbia to succeed Rita Hayworth as their biggest star at some point.

By the late 50s, however, her career had started its decline. She officially stopped making films in the early 90s and has been mainly in seclusion throughout her retirement. However, she does surface periodically to attend film festivals. Novak currently lives quietly in Oregon on a ranch. Painting landscapes and portraits, and her animals, have helped her get through difficult times.

Engelbert Humperdinck - Now 85 years old

Although singer Engelbert Humperdinck is British, the universal language of music made him famous worldwide, even in America. Some of his well-known hits are Release Me, The Last Waltz, After the Lovin, and This Moment in Time. The singer is also known to cover some of the greatest hits of legendary singers.

Since Engelbert is an evergreen performer, he still sings and tours today and even released a ground-breaking album in 2017. Because of his non-stop touring and album releases and multiple real-estate investments, Humperdinck's estimated net worth is reportedly at $150 million today, at the age of 85.

Marsha Hunt – Now 104 years old

In 1934, Marsha Hunt went against her parents' wishes to earn a university degree and instead started modeling. She transitioned to acting soon after, signing a contract with Paramount and MGM. Marsha is best known for her roles in Born to the West, Pride, Prejudice, and Johnny Got His Gun.

Sophia Loren – Now 87 years old

Indeed, who doesn't know the absolutely stunning Sophia Loren? Since becoming a breakthrough actress at age 15, she has maintained her screen goddess image through the decades. The name Keith Thibodeaux may not be very familiar among American TV audiences, but Richard Keith is. Keith Thibodeaux, aka Richard Keith, is the child actor who played Desi and Lucille's child in the comedy show I Love Lucy, Little Ricky. 

In Richard's childhood, between 1962 and 1966, he made several appearances on The Andy Griffith Show as Opie's friend "Johnny Paul Jason." He also took on minor roles on other well-known television shows. The former child actor and musician is now retired and managing a business with his non-showbiz wife. Not to forget, even at 71 years, Thibodeaux looks youthful for his age.

Bolo Yeung - Now 75 Years Old

Delta Burke tried her hand at beauty pageants first before joining Hollywood. At 18 years old, in 1974, she was crowned Miss Florida which made her the youngest ever to hold this crown in pageant history. Burke starred first in the shows The Chisholms, Filthy Rich, and First & Ten.

In 1986, she appeared as Suzanne Sugarbaker, the primary character in the sitcom Designing Women. For her performance, Burke was nominated for two Emmy awards. James Earl Jones - Now 91 years old

American actor and musician Billy Dee Williams was forever immortalized in the role of Lando Calrissian in the long-running Star Wars film series, ever since he appeared in the 1980s, The Empire Strikes Back. He is known to be a talented musician too, who even has a Jazz album to his credit. 

His latest acting project was the 2019 movie Star Wars: Episode IX, in which he reprised his famous role of Calrissian once again. He was also highly active on television from 2000 to 2010. His most notable roles were in the Scrubs, The 70s Show, Lost, White Collar, and The Boondocks.

Inge Ginsberg - Now 99 years old

 Shirley Jones - Now 88 years old

Actress and singer Shirley Jones's most famous role was as Shirley Partridge in the hit T.V. musical show, The Partridge Family. But before that, she found success in films, such as the musicals Oklahoma!, The Music Man, and Carousel. When she acted in The Partridge Family, she was cast alongside David Cassidy, her real-life stepson with her then-husband, actor Jack Cassidy. 

She has always been popular for her beauty as she was crowned Miss Pittsburgh in 1952. In 1986, she was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on February 14. Jones is currently enjoying her retirement at 88 years old. 

Jerry Lee Lewis – Now 86 years old

Jerry Lee Lewis is the rock and roll musician behind hits like Great Balls of Fire, Good Golly Miss Molly, and Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On. His career, however, suffered a setback in the late 50s, not because of substance abuse but because it was discovered that he had taken his 13-year-old first cousin as his third wife. 

This led to him being blacklisted for some time. However, his career and bank account bounced back soon enough, and he was back to producing hits for the next few decades. The single Invitation to Your Party from his album The Golden Cream of the Country, released in 1969, restored his fame.

Buck Taylor - now 83 years old

Actor Buck Taylor is best recognized for his role as Deputy Newly O'Brien in the very popular Western-themed TV series Gunsmoke. Apart from being an actor, Taylor is also a skilled painter, with his favorite subject being the American West. 

He has painted posters that have been used for Texas Rodeos. Taylor has retired from acting and currently lives with his wife in Fort Worth, Texas. He continues to attend annual shows and events, such as the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo to promote Western heritage through his paintings. Along with several of his Gunsmoke actors, Taylor has a plaque on the Walk of the Western Stars in California.

At the young age of 13, she made her film debut in 1938 in Winifred Holby's novel South Riding film adaptation.

Bob Barker — Now 98 years old

Bob Barker is one man on this list who needs no introduction, having been the host of The Price is Right from the show's inception in 1972 to its last episode in 2007. Not only that, but he was also a staple in beauty pageants like Miss U.S.A. and Miss Universe for at least 20 years.

In 2017, he made headlines when he slipped in his home, which required treatment as Bob is now 98 years old. After his official retirement from the show, he appeared as a guest to promote his book Priceless Memories. He appeared on the show again to celebrate his 90th birthday.

Morgan Freeman — Now 84 years old

Of course, Morgan Freeman needs no introduction as he is still a very popular and immensely bankable actor to this day. Most people don't know that he started acting in the early 70s in Who Says I Can't Ride a Rainbow?

Marion Ross' career may have been focused on television when she was older, but let's not forget she is still one of the last remaining stars of Hollywood's Golden Age, having worked with legendary stars like Ginger Rogers, William Holden, James Stewart, Audrey Hepburn, and Humphrey Bogart among others. 

However, it really cannot be denied that she is best remembered today as Marion Cunningham or Mrs. C, Richard Cunningham's mother, in the ABC TV sitcom Happy Days.
